You might think that i’m daft but a sure fire way to nip a cough in the bud …….. if you have one that is ……… is to slice a lime or lemon into quarters, squeeze the juice into a cup of warm water and add organic honey to taste (honey has antiobiotic properties) and sip on that…………….. then, suck on another 1/4 of a lime or lemon rinsing your mouth out thoroughly afterwards to protect your teeth from the acid ♥
The vitamin C content of limes and lemons is so potent that it does a fine job of eliminating a cough and cold symptoms by bolstering your immune system♥
