weight: 50kg or 100lbs

Im taking:
(Nitrix) 1-2 tablets, during workout days only; 30 mins before working out on empty stomach.
(Amino acid) 1 tablet, everyday. after working out.
(Whey protein) 1 serving everyday. 1 serving on workout days after working out.

Note: I’m not really a body builder… just needed it to be a little bigger.

Question: is my schedule for taking up this supplements is O.K.?

Looks good , but you can add an extra whey shake if you so desire anytime during the day! Good luck
