There is a new arthritis and joint pain product named Arthri-d that is being advertised on TV. Arthri-d is a supplement on the market named Arthri-d that is supposed to provide relief for arthritis and joint pain. Arthri-d makes the claim that it has ingredients unique to only Arthri-d.

Arthri-d is a supplement with the following ingredients:

Vitamin D3 – 2000 IU

Vitamin C – 7 mg

Magnesium oxide – 40 mg

N Acetyl Glucosamine (NAG) – There is no total available since this is part of a proprietary blend. This is a form of glucosamine.

Turmeric – There is no total available since this is part of a proprietary blend. This is a spice that is popular in alternative medicine circles as a super antioxidant.

Boswellia – There is no total available since this is part of a proprietary blend. Also know as frankincense which has been used for centuries by the East Indians for health enhancement.

Ashwagandha – There is no total available since this is part of a proprietary blend.  Promotes energy, is a strong antioxidant and helps the body utilize other herbs.

Yucca – There is no total available since this is part of a proprietary blend.  This is a root that Native American Indians have used for centuries.

Osteoarthritis (OA), also called osteoarthroses or degenerative joint disease, is the most common type of arthritis. OA is a chronic condition characterized by the breakdown of the joint’s cartilage. The breakdown of cartilage causes the bones to rub against each other, causing stiffness, pain and loss of movement in the joint. The question is does Arthri-d help provide relief from the above symptoms?
