I have been sick close to a week with bronchitis and have been taking medication. However, I am more of an anti-medication type of person and feel something natural could be more helpful. Does anyone know of a natural cure for bronchitis?
Here are a couple suggestions :
Tumeric powder – mix one teaspoon with a glass of milk and drink on an empty stomach. Do this 2 to 3 times a day.
Onions – have been used as a food remedy for centuries for bronchitis. It is said to have
expectorant properties . It liquefies phelgm and prevents more from being formed. One teaspoon of
raw onion juice first thing in the morning is highly effective in treating bronchitis.
well i can tell you not what to do if you don’t want to worsen your condition..its kinda obvious but don’t smoke…i work in a hospital and i’ve seen people just lying in the hospital bed for days because their bronchi were so inflammed from smoking. overall bad idea. just get take your inhaler i assume thats your medication and you’ll get better trust me. o yeah and try not to go outside to much if your in a colder climate, it also tends to worsen the condition
