Hi, for a starter, look into Natural medicine colleges etc, where you decide to live, if you are leaving India, send emails to Colleges sometimes they are looking for lecturers, also do some extra carricular course, that go with ayuvedic medicine, acupuncture and Homoeopathy go well together, means more study, seek employment in established clinics, many are looking for fresh ideas and faces. Good luck, it is a rewarding career
